  1. It’s okay to take breaks
  2. It’s okay to let go of harmful relationships
  3. It’s okay to adjust expectations
  4. It’s okay to set boundaries
  5. It’s okay to grieve what’s lost
  6. It’s okay to make new friends by showing up where you enjoy, and
  7. It's good to remember your worth isn’t defined by your friendships
