I was SO nervous that this last week was going to be a complete train wreck.
Home alone with our 3 kids without support, how could that possibly go well?!
But something strange happened... the week went really well AND I had more energy than usual. Huh? How does that make sense?!
I sat down to figure out what gave me this extra energy and today I'm sharing with you my 3 tips for having more energy as a woman with ADHD.
