Taking care of ourselves is important! But when you have ADHD, it can also feel daunting.
In today's episode, I will break self-care (specifically, sleep, nutrition and hydration) down into bite-size pieces (no pun intended!)
Start small!
You can start with 1 category at a time, or just choose 1-2 action steps in every category.
In each category (sleep, nutrition and hydration), we will ask these questions: 
(1) What do you need? 
(2) What makes this important
(3) How can you improve this area? 
(4) What might get in your way? And how can you overcome that?
Why sleep matters:
According to the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute:
“A common myth is that people can learn to get by on little sleep with no negative effects. However, research shows that getting enough quality sleep at the right times is vital for mental health, physical health, quality of life, and safety.”
