Who doesn’t love checking things off their to-do list? Knowing you are accomplishing so much and being so productive, feels so good.
And who doesn’t feel frustrated when it feels like there are a million things left on your to-do list at the end of the day? Believe me, I get it. 
So, how do we, the women with ADHD, get everything done?
The short answer? We don’t. 
Why? Because we have incredible ADHD brains with a million incredible ideas rolling around in them! And, we have families that we want to spend time with, and we likely have a million responsibilities.
As women with ADHD, we also struggle with things like perfectionism, imposter syndrome and time management. So give yourself some grace!
The reality is, you can’t do everything, or at least, not all at the same time, and not by yourself.
But, hear me out. There are five things you can focus on that will help you to get “more” done, or at least feel like you’re getting more done.
