ADHD with Confidence
ADHD with Confidence is for women with ADHD who are late-diagnosed or self-diagnosed who are ready to stop wondering, "What's wrong with me?" and start understanding the incredible brain they've had all along.
Hosted by trained Life & ADHD Coach, Kelsey Spronk, who was diagnosed with ADHD herself, this podcast helps women with ADHD make sense of their experiences, build lasting confidence, and create a life that works with their brain—not against it.
If you've spent years masking, people-pleasing, overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling with self-doubt, you're not alone. A late ADHD diagnosis can explain so much—but it's also just the beginning. Each episode offers practical ADHD strategies, compassionate coaching, and empowering conversations to help you move from surviving to thriving.
You'll learn how to:
- Understand and work with your ADHD brain
- Build confidence and trust yourself
- Set healthy boundaries and let go of people-pleasing
- Discover your strengths, purpose, and what helps you thrive
We'll discuss questions like:
- What is ADHD?
- Do I have ADHD?
- What is ADHD masking?
- What does ADHD look like in women?
- How does ADHD affect my relationships?
- Why do I feel overwhelmed all the time?
- What are the signs and symptoms of ADHD in adults?
- How do I overcome perfectionism in ADHD?
- How can I feel better about myself as a woman with ADHD?
- Can I be successful with ADHD?
- Should I get an ADHD diagnosis?
Whether you were diagnosed in your 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, or beyond, ADHD with Confidence is your reminder that you're not lazy, broken, or failing—you simply have a different brain. And when you understand it, everything starts to make more sense.
You're not too much, too scattered, or too late. You're exactly where you need to be.

We discuss how understanding these differences, somatic coaching, and self-compassion helped Elizabeth build confidence, set boundaries, and create a life and career that fit her strengths.

Join me in this fascinating interview with Dr. Joaquin Anguera, an associate professor in the department of neurology and psychiatry at UCSF.
Dr. Anguera shares some of the research he's done, how it's connected to ADHD and how he views neurodiversity.
Dr. Anguera works at a center called Neuroscape that tries to enhance brain function across the lifespan. More specifically, they are experts in cognitive neuroscience and run clinical trials using homegrown technology to improve abilities, including attention and working memory in different populations (including ADHD!).
